Diagnosis and support for the partners

Every change in a family business begins with the people who lead it. Before working with the team, I work with the partners: I get to know each one, look at the whole system, and support the process of reaching agreement from a clearer, healthier place.

Partner diagnosis

A confidential one-on-one interview with each partner, complemented by their Integral Destiny Profile. This lets me understand each person, their place in the family and in the company, and the dynamics currently at play between them. It is the map on which everything else is built.

Ongoing partner support

Regular sessions in which I accompany the partners as a general advisor, from the spiritual to the material: from personal balance and the relationship between them, to company decisions and the growth of their team. A stable space to think, bring order and decide.

Systemic reordering

Through Business Constellations we look at the company as a living system: who occupies which place, what has been excluded, what is being carried from the past. When everyone returns to their place, decisions flow, conflicts lose intensity and the company regains its direction.

With the partners aligned, the work extends to the people who make the company possible and to the family that sustains it. Every intervention is designed for your organization and the moment it is going through.

Team development

Experiential workshops that align the team with the company's vision and mission, approached as team competencies: communication, trust, collaboration and sense of purpose. Delivered in groups, online or in person, rolled out in phases that adapt to the size of the organization.

Family Harmonization Retreat

A private retreat, designed for each business family. Over several days we work on the bonds, wounds and agreements the family needs to heal so the company stops carrying what does not belong to it — including the ordering and reordering of the company itself.

Integral, ongoing support

I don't sell separate services. I work with each company under an ongoing support program with a monthly fee that integrates diagnosis, partner sessions and strategic advice. Workshops and retreats are designed and quoted separately, according to what the company needs.

45+ years as an entrepreneur

From 1987 to 2006 I led an automotive wholesale company with more than 10 customer-facing branches. From 2006 to 2020 I founded and ran a mid-to-high-end home construction and development company, from full developments to private homes. When that business chapter closed, I devoted myself entirely to this work I am passionate about.

25+ years as a systemic therapist

I have trained in more than 35 therapeutic and spiritual modalities, including Family and Business Constellations and Biodecoding. Founder of Instituto MIC. I combine the systemic perspective with personal diagnostic tools to see what the numbers don't show.

Building and growing as a family

From 2007 to 2022, together with my family, I built Veganinc, a chain of 21 plant-based restaurants in Monterrey and Mexico City, owned and franchised. I know from the inside what it means to grow a business, make hard decisions and, at the same time, care for family bonds.
